We are based in Dubai, and ship to over 80 countries outside the U.A.E (except OFAC and sanctioned countries or where there is political unrest/unsafe territories. To answer common FAQs: we do not ship to Egypt or India.)

All orders have a 48 hour processing time (processing time is where we review the orders incoming and make arrangements for them to be made.)All our pieces are now made to order & take up to 5-7 days to make and then anywhere between 5-10 working days for shipping depending on where you are in the world. We mostly used ARAMEX, SAUDI POST, ROYAL MAIL and many more reputable carriers.


Customer will receive payment confirmation by email when the payment has been completed. Payment confirmation email will come within 24 hours of payment completion.

When your item first arrives, please make sure you try it on with the hygiene tags in tact just in the unlikely event that you will want to return or exchange it

What to do in the following circumstances:

The wrong product was sent by the merchant or product is defective/damaged during shipping: Please inform us within 7 days via email or our Whatsapp line, and we will organize an exchange for you immediately. You will be notified via email of the delivery/exchange date and time.The item needs to be sent by post back to Ocean Heights Building reception, Dubai Marina.

The product is tampered: Please inform us within 14 days of purchasing your items. Contact us via email or Whatsapp and we will replace the item for you immediately. You will be informed via email of the delivery date and time. The tampered item needs to be sent by post back to Ocean Heights Building reception, Dubai Marina.

You need to exchange sizes *Size exchange is currently only available for United Arab Emirates customers* For size exchange simply contact us by email or WhatsApp. Customer will be advised to post the original item back to Ocean Heights Building reception, Dubai Marina. A new size will be issued & customer will need to cover the shipping cost incurred by the merchant which is currently set at AED 42.

**If the item is a Sale item there will be no returns/refunds or exchange.


Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. All refunds will be send by bank transfer.

Refund for size reasons

For UAE or International, if you are requesting a refund based on wrong fit/size/personal preference you will be granted a refund less the cost of shipment. This will be processed after you return the item to our return address:

Refund for faulty item

For UAE/International if you experience a fault with the items within 14 days of receiving please Whatsapp our customer helpline at + 971 54 527 7797. After 14 days if any faults are reported it will be up to the discretion of the merchant on actions to be taken.


If you wish to cancel your order the following terms apply:

Cancellation before the item is shipped: Please inform us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of placing the order that you wish to cancel to receive a full refund.

Cancellation after the item is shipped:
Cancellations after the item is shipped are not possible. Customers are advised in this case to wait to receive the shipped item of the item & follow the steps for a usual return, so that they can receive a partial refund.
